Job Summary: As a Real Estate Sales Executive specializing in commercial properties, you will play a key role in driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and promoting commercial real estate listings. You will leverage your in-depth knowledge of the commercial property market to successfully close deals and expand our client base. Key Responsibilities: Client Management & Relationship Building: Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, including investors, developers, and business owners. Understand clients' needs, goals, and investment criteria to offer tailored commercial property solutions. Provide ongoing support and guidance throughout the buying, selling, and leasing process. Sales & Business Development: Generate and qualify leads for commercial property sales and leasing opportunities. Present commercial property listings to potential buyers, tenants, and investors. Negotiate and close deals, ensuring optimal terms for both clients and the company. Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets. Market Research & Property Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to stay up-to-date with trends, pricing, and property availability. Prepare and present detailed property reports, including financial analysis, market conditions, and comparable property data. Property Listings & Marketing: Promote and market commercial properties through various channels, including digital platforms, social media, and networking events. Coordinate property viewings and meetings, ensuring clients are presented with the best options available.
