We are seeking a highly motivated and persuasive Telesales Executive to join our real estate team. The role involves contacting potential clients, promoting residential and/or commercial properties, and converting inquiries into qualified leads. You will play a crucial role in generating interest, scheduling site visits, and supporting the sales team to close deals. Key Responsibilities: Make daily outbound sales calls to prospective customers from the company’s database or through lead sources. Promote current real estate projects and provide complete information about location, pricing, amenities, and floor plans. Convert leads into site visits and appointments for the sales team. Follow up consistently with interested prospects and maintain a strong sales pipeline. Answer inbound calls related to property listings, project launches, and payment plans. Meet or exceed monthly sales and lead generation targets. Coordinate with the on-ground sales team for property showings and client follow-ups. Provide feedback from clients to the marketing and project teams for improvements. Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
