Key Responsibilities:Lead the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Generate leads through networking, market research, channel partners, and digital platforms. Develop and implement sales strategies to promote residential and commercial projects. Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits. Maintain strong relationships with HNIs, investors, and corporate clients. Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute promotional campaigns. Negotiate and close deals with clients ensuring high customer satisfaction. Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends. Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to management. Train, motivate, and manage the performance of the sales team. Key Skills & Competencies:Strong knowledge of Noida real estate market. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
