Ltd. is seeking an experienced and strategic Sales Manager to lead our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, leading a team of executives, managing client relationships, and contributing to the company's overall revenue growth. Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage a team of sales executives and telecallers to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to promote real estate projects and increase revenue. Conduct team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews to improve productivity. Handle high-value client interactions and close key deals. Monitor sales funnel and ensure proper lead management and follow-ups. Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies. Collaborate with marketing and CRM teams to align campaigns and lead generation efforts. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management. Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred. 2–7 years of real estate sales experience, with at least 1–2 years in a team leadership role. Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Strong understanding of local property market dynamics, customer behavior, and real estate trends. Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office.
