Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Manager to lead and expand our sales operations in Noida. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate sales, excellent team management skills, and a deep understanding of the NCR property market. Key Responsibilities:Lead the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets. Generate new leads through various marketing and networking activities. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, channel partners, and brokers. Conduct property presentations, site visits, and negotiations. Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies. Manage CRM entries and ensure regular follow-up with prospects. Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align strategies. Train and mentor junior sales executives. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and strategic plans for management. Required Skills & Qualifications:Graduate in any discipline; MBA in Sales/Marketing is a plus. 4–8 years of experience in real estate sales (residential/commercial). Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to manage a team and drive results. Familiarity with the Noida and Greater Noida real estate market.
