Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven to join our real estate team. As a Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by identifying, engaging, and converting potential clients. You will leverage your in-depth knowledge of the real estate market and your exceptional sales skills to build relationships, close deals, and exceed sales targets. Key Responsibilities:  Managing a sales team: Providing leadership, training, and coaching to a sales team  Managing a sales team: Providing leadership, training, and coaching to a sales team  Developing sales strategies: Creating and implementing strategies to achieve sales goals  Tracking sales: Tracking, collating, and interpreting sales figures and reports Providing resources: Ensuring the sales team has the resources they need to perform well  Building relationships: Building and maintaining relationships with key clients and  customers Conducting market research: Identifying new business opportunities and  potential clients Collaborating with marketing: Working with marketing and advertising teams to develop sales and promotional materials  Providing sales support: Supporting agents in promoting listings and communicating with clients Staying up to date: Staying current with industry trends and developments  Conducting sales meetings: Regularly conducting sales meetings and training to motivate and educate the sales team Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate sales or a related field, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.  Skills: Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to build rapport with clients and understand their needs.
