Position: Sales Manager Location: Merusri Project Site We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to be based out of our site location at Merusri. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, handling client interactions, and ensuring successful deal closures. Key Requirements: • This is a target-based sales role. • The candidate must be based at the Merusri site location. • Must have 3–5 years of relevant experience in real estate or similar sales domains. • Age should not exceed 32 years. • Should be comfortable with tele-calling and regular follow-ups with interested clients. • Must be able to attend walk-in clients, provide detailed product presentations, and close sales effectively. • Should possess strong sales acumen and be fluent in English and Hindi/Kannada. • Must be well-presented, polished, and professional in demeanor. • Looking for a go-getter with a passion for sales and a proactive approach to meeting targets.
