*Job Title:* Real Estate Sales Manager *Experience:* 3–4 Years **Location:*sector 69 gurgaon  *Job Type:* Full-time Salary package: 5Lpa to 8Lpa Job Summary:* We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Sales Manager with 3 to 4 years of experience to lead and grow our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily sales operations, developing strategies to drive sales performance, and ensuring customer satisfaction. --- *Key Responsibilities:* * Manage and lead a team of real estate sales executives. * Set monthly/quarterly sales targets and ensure they are met or exceeded. * Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business goals. * Oversee and improve the sales process from lead generation to closing. * Mentor and train junior sales staff to improve performance. * Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback. * Identify new business opportunities and partnerships. * Handle client interactions, resolve issues, and maintain strong relationships. * Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies. * Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management. *Requirements:* * Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field. * 3–4 years of proven experience in real estate sales, with at least 1 year in a leadership role. * Strong knowledge of the real estate market, property trends, and regulatory requirements. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Proven track record of achieving sales targets. * Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Skills:* * Fluency in English language (if required for the market). * Familiarity with digital marketing and lead generation tools. --- *Compensation:* * Base Salary + Commission/Incentives (Negotiable based on experience)
