We are looking for an experienced and highly driven Sales Manager to lead and manage the sales function in our Thane location.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Sales Executives to ensure high performance and achievement of sales targets.
• Work on qualified leads provided by the company and ensure effective lead allocation among team members.
• Connect with potential customers, explain project details, and ensure end-to-end sales support.
• Plan, schedule, and monitor site visits (SVs) to drive maximum client conversions.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Monitor daily sales activities, follow-ups, and closures to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
• Track team performance, maintain accurate documentation, and share detailed MIS reports with management.
• Coordinate closely with internal teams (Marketing, CRM, Post-Sales) to ensure smooth operations and timely updates.
• Ensure that the team follows company processes, communication standards, and reporting norms.

Requirements :

• Minimum 

  2–5 years of experience

   in real estate sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Comfortable with fieldwork, site visits, and client meetings.
• Ability to drive the team toward aggressive calling, consistent follow-ups, and high conversions.
• Strong understanding of the Thane/Mumbai real estate market (added advantage

  ).

• Immediate joiners preferred.
