Responsibilities
Generate leads through calls, referrals, field visits, and data
Present and promote residential/commercial properties to potential clients
Conduct site visits and property tours
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Stay updated with market trends and project details
Coordinate with the marketing and documentation teams for smooth closure
Requirements
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented
Ability to understand customer needs and offer suitable property solutions
Basic knowledge of real estate sales (training will be provided for freshers)
Two-wheeler preferred
