Sales Executive Job Requirements 1. Education & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (preferred but not always mandatory). Additional certifications in sales, CRM, or communication are a plus. 2. ExperienceProven experience as a Sales Executive, Business Development Executive, or similar role. Experience in meeting sales targets and handling client relationships. Industry-specific sales experience (if required): real estate, Villa Sales. 3. Skills NeededCore SkillsStrong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities Ability to understand customer needs and present solutions Target-driven and self-motivated Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships Technical SkillsProficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Basic understanding of sales pipelines and forecasting 4. Personal AttributesGood presentation skills Strong problem-solving abilities Resilience and ability to handle rejection Time management and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team 5.
