Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Manage sales activities to achieve targets for residential real estate projects. Develop strong relationships with clients through effective communication and negotiation skills. Conduct site visits to showcase properties and provide expert advice on property purchases. Identify potential customers and generate leads through target planning and execution. Close deals by negotiating contracts and ensuring timely completion of transactions. Desired Candidate Profile 1-5 years of experience in real estate sales or related field (preferably from reputed builders). Strong understanding of real estate marketing principles, including plot sales and property sales. Excellent customer relationship management skills with ability to handle multiple stakeholders simultaneously. Proficiency in using CRM software for lead tracking and data analysis.
