Job Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential clients and manage high-quality leads. Maintain and update the client database systematically. Schedule and coordinate site visits with clients. Conduct property presentations and explain project features effectively. Handle client queries and provide professional assistance throughout the buying process. Negotiate and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and performance data. Collaborate with marketing and telecalling teams for better lead conversion. Take ownership and show leadership in managing telecaller teams to achieve collective goals Skills & Requirements:Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Real Estate Sales / Property Consulting / Direct Sales. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong client relationship and follow-up ability. Comfortable in handling calls, client meetings, and site visits. Goal-oriented with a positive, proactive attitude. Leadership qualities to guide and motivate telecaller or junior sales team. Basic knowledge of CRM tools and data management.
