Job Description

Key Roles & Responsibilities Sales & Lead Management Generate leads through calls, walk-ins, referrals, and digital platforms Handle inbound and outbound client inquiries Maintain and update leads in CRM on a daily basis Follow up with prospects and nurture leads till closure Client Handling & Site Visits Arrange and conduct site visits professionally Explain project details, floor plans, pricing, payment schedules, and offers Understand client requirements and recommend suitable inventory Closing & Documentation Negotiate pricing and close deals as per company policies Assist clients with booking forms, agreements, and documentation Coordinate with legal, CRM, and finance teams for smooth closure Relationship Management Build long-term relationships with customers Provide post-sales support and handle customer queries Generate referrals and repeat business Market & Reporting Keep updated with local real estate market trends and competitor projects Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports Achieve assigned targets and KPIs Skills & Competencies Strong communication and negotiation skills Customer-centric approach Target-driven and result-oriented Ability to handle objections and close deals Good interpersonal and presentation skills
