Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Real Estate Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving property sales, developing effective sales strategies, mentoring agents, and building long-term client relationships. This role requires strong leadership capabilities, deep market knowledge, and a passion for achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and motivate real estate sales agents to maximize performance and productivity.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company goals and market opportunities.
  • Generate, qualify, and manage leads for property buying, selling, and leasing.
  • Set sales targets, monitor team performance, and ensure achievement of KPIs.
  • Allocate leads to agents and support them during negotiations and complex transactions.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance sales skills and market knowledge.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to drive growth.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with legal regulations, company policies, and ethical standards in all transactions.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Real Estate Sales Manager with a strong record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market and applicable regulations.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to develop and execute innovative, data-driven sales strategies.
  • Results-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
