Site Engineer

Job Description

Oversee on-site construction work and ensure proper execution as per project plans Supervise and coordinate with laborers, contractors, and construction teams Actively participate in construction activities and assist in work execution Ensure quality control, material management, and adherence to safety protocols Read and interpret structural drawings and ensure compliance with design specifications Monitor project progress, manage timelines, and report daily updates Handle troubleshooting and resolve on-site challenges Maintain records of work, materials, and workforce utilization Requirements: Qualification: Diploma/Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Experience: 1-3 years in site execution and management Willingness to stay on-site and be hands-on in construction activities Strong leadership and problem-solving skills Knowledge of construction materials, techniques, and safety regulations Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD is an advantage Perks & Benefits: Competitive salary based on experience Opportunity to work on large-scale projects Hands-on experience in real-time construction execution Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Shift availability: Day Shift (Preferred) Night Shift (Preferred) Work Location: In person
