Site Engineer

Role & responsibilities:

The Site Engineer will be responsible for comprehensively managing the construction site, ensuring adherence to project drawings, schedules, and quality standards, maintaining a secure working environment.

Monitoring Project Progress

• Reviewing project drawings and overseeing execution to ensure alignment with established schedules.

Resource Management

• Managing day-to-day material and labor requirements, ensuring adequate provision for construction activities

Quality Assurance

• Implementing and enforcing quality norms to ensure construction work meets specified standards.

Safety

• Supervising and managing on-site workers, prioritizing safety protocols to maintain a secure working environment.

Documentation

• Maintain accurate records of project schedules, progress reports, and any changes in plans to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and regulatory requirements.

Coordination

• Coordinate with contractors to prepare project schedules, updates, and any changes in plans.

Others

• Analyse project data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement, and prepare comprehensive reports for project stakeholders.
• Ensure that construction activities adhere to quality standards and specifications outlined in project plans and contracts.
