Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Site Engineer. The Site Engineer will supervise and manage on-site projects, ensuring adherence to design plans, timelines, and quality standards. Responsibilities include overseeing structural and civil engineering tasks, performing quality control, and coordinating with team members and stakeholders to achieve project goals efficiently. The role requires hands-on involvement and proactive problem-solving to ensure successful project execution.

Qualifications

• Experience in performing on-site project management and associated tasks
• Excellent communication skills for effective team collaboration and stakeholder engagement
• Knowledge and skills in Quality Control to maintain high standards in project execution
• Expertise in Structural Engineering and Civil Engineering principles and practices
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is preferred
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills to handle construction challenges effectively
• Familiarity with industry-standard practices and compliance regulations
