Job Description

Responsibilities Client communication: Contacting potential and existing customers via phone, email, or other channels to promote properties and services. Lead generation and qualification: Generating qualified leads for the outside sales team by understanding client needs and matching them with suitable properties. Product and project explanation: Providing detailed information on real estate projects, including features, pricing, and offers. Site visit coordination: Scheduling and coordinating site visits for interested clients. Follow-up: Following up with clients after site visits to answer questions and push for a booking. Sales support: Working closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition from initial contact to a closed deal. Record keeping: Accurately recording customer and sales order details and maintaining productivity trackers.
