Job Title: Presales Executive

Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹30,000/month

Job Type: Full-time

Work Mode: Work From Office – Pune

Location: Baner/Sus

Experience Required:

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in real estate presales, CRM lead management and client coordination.

Individual Responsibilities:

1. Handle inbound and outbound calls, leads, and inquiries through phone and walk-ins.

2. Qualify leads by understanding customer requirements.

3. Arrange and schedule site visits with clients.

4. ⁠Ensure tight and consistent follow-ups.

5. ⁠Maintain strong knowledge of local real estate projects and market trends to enhance property pitches and client interactions.

6. ⁠Send property details, and relevant information to potential clients.

7. Update and maintain lead data accurately in the CRM system.

8. Achieve individual targets for site visits and bookings.

Requirements:

1. Proven real estate presales experience.

2. Proficiency in Lead management CRM tools, Google suite (drive/docs/sheets).

3. Strong communication and client Handling abilities.

4. Target - oriented, proactive and problem-solving mindset.

5. Strong local market knowledge of pune real estate.
