Real Estate Salesperson  Role Overview The Real Estate Plot Salesperson is responsible for generating leads, marketing residential and commercial land, conducting property viewings, negotiating sales, and maintaining strong client relationships. The role involves achieving sales targets while ensuring a smooth transaction process and providing clients with a positive buying experience. ⸻ Key Responsibilities 1. Lead Generation & Marketing • Prospecting: Identify potential buyers and property owners through networking, referrals, marketing campaigns, and database management. • Property Promotion: Develop and distribute marketing materials (brochures, digital ads, social media campaigns) to attract potential buyers. • Sales Events: Plan and execute open houses, property tours, and sales events to showcase plots and generate buyer interest. 2. Client Engagement & Sales • Needs Assessment: Consult with prospective clients to understand their property requirements, preferences, and budget. • Property Showings: Arrange and conduct site visits, explaining features, amenities, and investment potential of plots. • Negotiation: Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers to agree on fair terms, pricing, and conditions. • Closing Deals: Guide clients through the complete sales process—documentation, legal checks, financing, and ownership transfer. 3. Market & Documentation • Market Analysis: Stay updated on real estate trends, competitor projects, and pricing to position plots effectively. • Property Information: Prepare accurate and compelling property details, layouts, and investment highlights. • Documentation: Assist in handling legal, regulatory, and financial paperwork, ensuring compliance and transparency. • Collaboration: Work with lawyers, bankers, and government authorities to ensure smooth registration and transaction processes. ⸻ Skills & Competencies • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Negotiation and persuasion abilities • Knowledge of real estate market trends and regulations • Sales and marketing expertise • Customer service and relationship management • Organizational and documentation skills
