Key Responsibilities

• Drive property sales through proactive client engagement and lead conversion
• Conduct site visits, property presentations, and negotiations with prospective buyers
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and channel partners
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies
• Collaborate with marketing and CRM teams to optimize outreach and follow-ups
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets with a focus on customer satisfaction

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in real estate sales (1–4 years preferred)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Familiarity with Gurgaon’s real estate market is a plus
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if required
• Graduate degree in any discipline; MBA or real estate certification is an advantage

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
