Midas Touch Global is a fast-growing real estate firm dedicated to offering high-value property solutions and building long-term relationships with our clients. We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online marketing efforts and elevate our digital presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies across platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube).
• Lead performance marketing campaigns focused on lead generation, website traffic, and conversions.
• Manage SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing campaigns.
• Plan and manage PPC, display advertising, and remarketing campaigns.
• Analyze digital campaigns, generate reports, and optimize based on performance metrics (ROI, CPL, CTR, etc.).
• Collaborate with design and content teams to create engaging creatives and ad copies.
• Manage and grow social media accounts with a consistent brand voice.
• Work closely with sales and business development teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
• Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Proven experience (minimum 4 years) in digital marketing, preferably in the real estate sector.
• Hands-on experience with tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, SEO tools, CRM, and email automation platforms.
• Strong knowledge of lead generation techniques and funnel optimization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines efficiently.

Preferred Skills:

• Google Ads and Meta Certifications
• Knowledge of Canva, Adobe Suite, or video editing tools
• Experience with CRM and real estate lead nurturing tools

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
