Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers and introduce company products/services.
  • Answer inbound calls, handle customer queries, and provide accurate information.
  • Maintain records of calls and customer information in CRM software.
  • Follow up on leads and ensure maximum conversion.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.

Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate.
  • Proven experience as a telecaller or in a similar role preferred (Freshers can apply).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain positive.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office & CRM tools is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
