Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Marketing Manager to develop and implement marketing strategies that promote our manufactured products, drive sales growth, and strengthen brand presence in the market. Key Responsibilities Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities. Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business goals. Plan and implement product promotions through advertising, trade shows, and digital campaigns. Manage and enhance the brand image of company products. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and industry stakeholders. Leverage digital platforms (social media, email, content marketing) to promote products. Collaborate with the sales team to support revenue growth. Manage marketing budgets effectively. Coordinate marketing activities for new product launches. Required Skills Strong knowledge of marketing principles, preferably in manufacturing. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Analytical ability to interpret market data and trends. Creativity and innovation in campaign planning. Team collaboration across departments. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and strategies. Awareness of manufacturing industry trends. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. 3–5 years of marketing experience (manufacturing sector preferred). Marketing or digital marketing certifications (advantageous). Salary Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications. Reporting Structure Reports to: Director of Marketing or Senior Marketing Leader May oversee a small marketing team.
