Job Summary:

As the Real Estate Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing plans to drive property sales, brand awareness, and lead generation. You will collaborate closely with the sales team, agents, designers, and external vendors to create and manage marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote property listings and company brand.
  • Create and manage digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, and social media.
  • Design marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, presentations, and online ads.
  • Manage company website content, listing updates, and ensure consistent brand messaging.
  • Coordinate photography, videography, and virtual tours of properties.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
  • Manage and track marketing budgets and performance metrics (ROI, KPIs).
  • Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals.
  • Organize open house events, community engagement initiatives, and client outreach programs.
  • Oversee CRM database management and lead nurturing efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of proven marketing experience in the real estate industry (required).
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Mailchimp, etc.).
  • Familiarity with real estate platforms like Zillow, MLS, Redfin, and property listing strategies.
  • Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and content creation.
  • Excellent communication, copywriting, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Creative, analytical, and detail-oriented mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with real estate agents, developers, or brokerages.
  • Understanding of real estate market dynamics and customer behavior.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation tools and CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
