Real Estate Marketing Manager

We, Gruham Developers Pvt. Ltd., a real estate company based in Surat, are currently in need of dynamic, motivated, and goal-oriented individuals to join our sales and marketing division for both ongoing and upcoming projects. As a part of our team, your responsibilities will include: - Developing a comprehensive business plan encompassing sales, revenue, and expense management. - Meeting and exceeding specified sales targets. - Setting individual sales objectives in collaboration with the sales team. - Monitoring sales targets and providing regular reports on progress. - Supervising and assessing the activities and performance of the sales team. - Collaborating with the marketing department for lead generation initiatives. - Providing continuous training to the sales team. - Motivating, counseling, and enhancing the product knowledge of the sales staff. - Engaging in promotional activities for the organization and its products. - Understanding the needs and preferences of our target customers in relation to our products. Requirements: - Education: Any graduate/MBA with a specialization in Marketing. - Experience: Minimum of 2-10 years in Sales & Marketing (Experience in real estate will be advantageous).
