Job Title: Real Estate Manager

Job Summary:
The Real Estate Manager will oversee the day-to-day management, maintenance, and operations of an already constructed residential society. This role ensures smooth functioning of facilities, proper coordination between residents, vendors, and management, and maintains the overall property value and resident satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations & Maintenance
Supervise all daily operations of the Villa including security, housekeeping, landscaping, and maintenance.
Coordinate and monitor repair and maintenance of common areas, utilities, and amenities (lifts, generators, water systems, etc.).
Ensure timely preventive maintenance and upkeep of building infrastructure.
Resident Relations & Communication
Serve as the primary point of contact for residents’ queries, complaints, and requests.
Maintain transparent communication between residents, managing committee, and staff.
Organize society meetings, circulars, and community events when needed.
Vendor & Staff Management
Supervise and manage all outsourced vendors (security, cleaning, AMC providers, etc.).
Evaluate vendor performance and negotiate service contracts.
Manage the internal staff, assign duties, and ensure discipline and productivity.
Financial & Administrative Duties
Assist in budgeting, expense tracking, and financial reporting.
Maintain accurate records of bills, payments, contracts, and maintenance logs.
Coordinate annual audits and statutory compliance related to property management.
Compliance & Safety
Ensure compliance with local municipal, fire safety, and housing regulations.
Oversee security protocols, CCTV functioning, and emergency response readiness.
Maintain insurance coverage and documentation for the property. Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Property Management, Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or related field.
Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in real estate, property management, or facility management — preferably managing an established residential Villa or commercial complex.
