Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Lawyer based in Pune. The Real Estate Lawyer will be responsible for managing real estate transactions, drafting and reviewing contracts, conducting due diligence, and providing legal advice on property-related matters. The lawyer will also represent clients in negotiations, disputes, and court proceedings related to real estate. Day-to-day tasks include drafting legal documents, advising clients on legal rights and obligations, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of real estate law and property-related legal procedures
• Experience in drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, and other legal documents
• Ability to conduct thorough due diligence and research on property-related matters
• Effective negotiation and dispute resolution skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Law degree from an accredited institution and a valid license to practice law
• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
