About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to join our team at Inrext Private Limited.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR functions, ensuring smooth operations, and creating a positive work culture.

Job Role & Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals.
• Manage the recruitment and onboarding process end-to-end.
• Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary procedures.
• Ensure legal compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Drive performance management, training, and development programs.
• Maintain HR records, attendance, payroll coordination, and reporting.
• Foster a positive workplace culture and employee engagement.
• Act as a trusted advisor to management for workforce planning.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and handle sensitive matters.
