Job Responsibilities:

• Design engaging graphics for social media, ads, brochures, banners, and presentations.
• Edit promotional and informative videos for real estate projects, events, and social campaigns.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to translate ideas into visually appealing creatives.
• Create reels, motion graphics, and storyboards for digital platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Maintain brand consistency in all designs and video outputs.
• Deliver high-quality visuals under tight deadlines.
• Stay updated with current design and video trends, especially in the real estate and advertising space.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of proven experience in graphic design and video editing.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro).
• Strong portfolio showcasing both static designs and edited videos.
• Understanding of visual hierarchy, layout, typography, and color theory.
• Ability to take creative direction and bring fresh ideas to the table.
• Basic knowledge of real estate or experience in the real estate industry is a plus.
