We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our dynamic marketing team. Job Responsibilities: Design engaging graphics for social media, ads, brochures, banners, and presentations. Edit promotional and informative videos for real estate projects, events, and social campaigns. Collaborate with marketing and content teams to translate ideas into visually appealing creatives. Create reels, motion graphics, and storyboards for digital platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube. Maintain brand consistency in all designs and video outputs. Deliver high-quality visuals under tight deadlines. Stay updated with current design and video trends, especially in the real estate and advertising space. Requirements: 1–2 years of proven experience in graphic design and video editing. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro). Strong portfolio showcasing both static designs and edited videos. Understanding of visual hierarchy, layout, typography, and color theory. Ability to take creative direction and bring fresh ideas to the table. Basic knowledge of real estate or experience in the real estate industry is a plus.
