React Native Developer

Role Overview

As a Fresher React Native Developer, you will work alongside experienced developers to design, build, test and deliver mobile applications. You will get hands-on exposure to the full development lifecycle (feature design, coding, debugging, deployment) in a supportive environment. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and maintaining mobile applications using React Native for both Android and iOS platforms.
• Work with UI/UX designers and back-end developers to convert wireframes/prototypes into functional mobile screens.
• Write clean, modular, and maintainable JavaScript/TypeScript code, aligned with coding standards and best practices.
• Integrate with RESTful APIs, third-party libraries and services.
• Debug and troubleshoot mobile application issues, optimize performance, and ensure smooth user experience on different devices.
• Participate in code reviews, collaborate in agile/scrum team meetings, and continuously learn and improve your skills.
• Assist with app deployment (Play Store / App Store) under guidance.
• Stay updated with new mobile development trends and technologies.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-haves (for fresher level):

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or equivalent (recent graduates welcome).
• Strong foundation in JavaScript (ES6+), and familiarity with React Native (or exposure to it via projects/internships).
• Basic understanding of mobile UI/UX, component-based architecture, navigation, state management (like React Hooks/useState/useEffect).
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, version-control tools (Git), and general debugging.
• Good analytical, problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team.

Good to have:

• Exposure to Redux or other state-management libraries.
• Knowledge of native build tools (Android Studio / Gradle for Android, Xcode for iOS).
• Familiarity with performance optimization (e.g., handling lists, memory usage), offline storage (AsyncStorage) or push notifications.
• Project or internship work in mobile development or React Native.
