  – Primary CMS for product and content management; supports online order capture and B2B/B2C storefronts.

• React / Next.js

  – Modern front-end framework powering the interactive UI and headless components integrated with AEM.

• Coveo

  – Provides intelligent search and recommendations integrated with AEM storefronts.

• Digital Commerce Layer

• Digital Checkout & OPRO/Commerce

  – Core order capture and processing services; handle online orders, draft order workflows, and offline processing.

• Store-Front Support Services

  – Custom microservices supporting checkout, shipping warehouse lookups, courier selection, and business unit identification per basket line.

• Payment & Transaction Integration

• CyberSource

  – Credit card authorization, payment capture, and token management for digital transactions.

• Channel Partners / EDI

  – Supports external partner orders and outgoing invoice transactions.
