About The Role We’re looking for a sharp, self-motivated React Developer to support and collaborate with our lead app developer. You'll help ship features, squash bugs, and improve UI/UX across our Android and iOS apps. This is a great opportunity to grow fast, learn best practices, and work on a high-impact consumer product used by thousands daily. Responsibilities Assist in building and maintaining our React Native app (Android/iOS) Work on new features, bug fixes, UI polish, and performance improvements Collaborate with the lead developer on code reviews, testing, and clean architecture Integrate APIs and manage state effectively (e.g., Redux) Ensure pixel-perfect implementation from Figma designs Help debug production issues and improve app stability Stay updated with the latest in React Native and mobile best practices Requirements 0–2 years of hands-on experience with React Good understanding of mobile app architecture, navigation, and lifecycle Familiarity with REST APIs, Firebase, and basic animations Knowledge of mobile debugging tools, performance profiling Comfortable using Git, Jira, and working in sprints Bonus: exposure to push notifications, deep linking, or OTA updates (CodePush) Nice to Have Interest in AI/consumer apps or building for Bharat audiences Experience with native Android/iOS modules or app store deployment Familiarity with tools like Mixpanel, Sentry, or analytics SDKs What We Offer Learn directly from an experienced app developer in a fast-paced setup Opportunity to own real features from Day 1 and grow into a full-stack mobile engineer A mission-driven team, flexible work culture, and room to experiment High user love and real-world impact at scale Skills: redux,features,ios,architecture,git,mobile,app,react,android,jira,react native,firebase,rest apis Show more Show less
