As a Senior Software Engineer B2 with 10 to 13 years of experience, you will play a vital role in developing innovative software solutions using React Js that align with the company's goals and contribute to societal advancements. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing high-quality software design and architecture using React Js to meet project requirements and enhance user experience. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features aligned with business objectives. - Ensuring performance quality and responsiveness of applications through thorough testing and debugging. - Identifying and correcting bottlenecks, fixing bugs, and maintaining code quality to improve application performance. - Continuously discovering, evaluating, and implementing new technologies to maximize development efficiency. - Providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers to foster a collaborative work environment. - Participating in code reviews to maintain high standards of code quality and adherence to best practices. - Working closely with product management to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Optimizing applications for speed and scalability to enhance user satisfaction and engagement. - Contributing to project timelines, implementation plans, and resource allocations for timely delivery. - Engaging in continuous learning and professional development to stay updated with industry trends. - Communicating effectively with stakeholders to provide project updates and address technical challenges. - Supporting the team in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues for smooth project execution.
