RE (Renewable Energy) Project Engineer (Assistant Manager)

Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Possess in-depth knowledge of renewable energy technologies, with a strong focus on solar power projects and hands-on field execution experience, including installation, commissioning, and performance analysis.
• Conduct site surveys, field visits, and oversee on-site activities including erection, testing, and commissioning of solar PV and other RE systems.
• Lead and manage project documentation and communication in both English and Hindi, ensuring alignment with client and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and deliver technical reports, government submissions, project proposals, tender documentation, and client presentations as per the project scope.
• Prepare and review techno-commercial documents and coordinate for necessary approvals and stakeholder communications.
• Support policy analysis and regulatory documentation on behalf of clients, particularly in alignment with MNRE schemes and state RE policies.
• Handle and support the techno-commercial evaluation of renewable energy projects and contribute to financial modeling and business model design.
• Coordinate across internal teams, contractors, vendors, and government authorities for smooth project execution and compliance.
• Perform third-party inspections, review and approve system drawings, and ensure adherence to applicable codes and regulations.
• Analyze solar PV generation data and recommend corrective actions or performance improvements.
• Conduct regular site audits to assess compliance with design specifications and safety protocols.
• Stay informed on latest trends in renewable energy policies, incentives, and regulations at both state and central government levels.

1. Above-mentioned position is purely project based contractual appointment and may be extended/co-terminus as per the project requirement.
