Branch Recruitment & Development Manager (BRDM) / Branch Head / Sales Leader
Position Overview
The RDM is responsible for recruiting, training, managing, and developing a team of advisors / agents / sales persons, to drive business growth via a channel (agency, retail, or sales network). The RDM acts as recruiter, coach, mentor, and sales leader to ensure targets are met and advisors are competent.
Key Responsibilities
