R&D Manager

We are seeking an experienced and motivated professional to lead our Technical Services & R&D Support team. The role involves developing innovative personal care formulations, providing technical customer support, and guiding R&D executives in new product development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop new formulations and prototypes for Personal Care products
• Conduct trials, testing, and documentation for reproducibility
• Support Sales Team with technical inputs and customer trials
• Guide R&D Executives in formulation development and raw material testing
• Conduct technical visits and troubleshoot customer issues
• Ensure timely updates and reporting in MIS

Qualification & Experience:

• M.Sc. Chemistry (essential)
• 7–9 years of experience in Application R&D (Personal Care / Specialty Chemicals)
• Team leadership experience preferred

Skills Required:

• Strong formulation & product development knowledge
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Location : Andheri west, Mumbai

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
