R&D Manager

Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and innovative R&D Engineer to join our dynamic team. Duties

• Lead and participate in scientific research initiatives to develop novel solutions and improve product performance.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project milestones.
• Oversee laboratory experiments, data analysis, and documentation of research findings.
• Supervise junior team members and coordinate activities within the R&D department.
• Ensure all research activities comply with relevant regulatory standards and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including clinical research, quality assurance, and manufacturing to facilitate seamless project execution.
• Prepare technical reports, presentations, and documentation for internal review and external regulatory submissions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analysing experimental results and implementing innovative solutions.

Skills

• Proven supervising experience in a research or engineering environment.
• Strong background in scientific research with a focus on product development or related fields.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks efficiently.
• Laboratory experience with proficiency in experimental techniques, data collection, and analysis.
• Knowledge of compliance management standards relevant to industry regulations (e.g., ISO, GMP).
• Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and guide team members towards shared goals.

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in refractories is required

Pay: ₹420,000.00 - ₹850,000.00 per year
