Job Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and innovative R&D Engineer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new products, improving existing technologies, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Duties Lead and participate in scientific research initiatives to develop novel solutions and improve product performance. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project milestones. Oversee laboratory experiments, data analysis, and documentation of research findings. Supervise junior team members and coordinate activities within the R&D department. Ensure all research activities comply with relevant regulatory standards and safety protocols. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including clinical research, quality assurance, and manufacturing to facilitate seamless project execution. Prepare technical reports, presentations, and documentation for internal review and external regulatory submissions. Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analysing experimental results and implementing innovative solutions. Skills Proven supervising experience in a research or engineering environment. Strong background in scientific research with a focus on product development or related fields. Excellent project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks efficiently. Laboratory experience with proficiency in experimental techniques, data collection, and analysis. Knowledge of compliance management standards relevant to industry regulations (e.g., ISO, GMP). Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and guide team members towards shared goals. Exceptional organisational skills with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
