Job Description

Conduct research and development activities for new products, systems, or process improvements.
Design, test, and validate prototypes and experimental models.
Analyze test data and prepare technical reports, documentation, and presentations.
Support product improvement, cost reduction, and quality enhancement initiatives.
Collaborate with production, quality, and service teams for implementation of R&D outcomes.
Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis for technical issues.
Ensure compliance with applicable standards, safety norms, and company policies.
Maintain records of experiments, results, and technical changes.
Prepare 2D/3D drawings using CAD software
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
Knowledge of testing methods, validation processes, and design improvement.
Familiarity with CAD tools, testing instruments, and MS Office.
Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Skills (Added Advantage):

Experience in product lifecycle management.
Exposure to industry standards and certifications.
Basic project management understanding.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per month
