You aren’t just "following up"—you are a problem solver dedicated to Creating Customer Delight by ensuring our clients are compensated fairly and efficiently for the care they provide.Reporting to the RCM AR Lead, you will manage a portfolio of practices, navigating the complexities of insurance balances and denials to ensure no claim is left behind.Your Role: Innovate, Resolve, and Excel
- Drive Resolution: Proactively work assigned claims and reports to identify and resolve denials. You’ll take decisive action to prevent write-offs and ensure every dollar is accounted for.
- Analyze & Improve: Look beyond the surface. Analyze previous claim history, identify errors, and collaborate with the Quality Team to prevent future issues.
- Be a Knowledge Leader: Stay ahead of the curve by attending trainings on new technologies and payer updates. You’ll recommend improvements to our SOPs based on your frontline insights.
- Commit to Quality: Conduct regular self-audits to maintain our high standards. You’ll explore every possible avenue for resolution before moving a claim, embodying our "make things happen" spirit.
- Collaborate: Work on special projects involving contractual adjustments and write-offs, while maintaining a positive, professional rapport with your team and leadership.
What You Bring to the Table
- The Basics: 2+ years of dedicated AR Follow-up (Voice) experience in Physician RCM is essential.
- The Expertise: Deep knowledge of Billing scrubbers, Payer Rejections, and the full RCM lifecycle. You should be an expert in Commercial & Federal payers, CARC codes, and resolving Auto, WC, and IPAs.
- The Mindset: A "Think Big" attitude. You grasp new concepts quickly, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are proficient in delivering high-quality outcomes.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. You can listen deeply and resolve problems with empathy and precision.
- Integrity: A strong commitment to HIPAA guidelines and information security to protect our clients and their patients.
- Flexibility: Readiness to work from our India office during the night shift (5:30 PM – 2:30 AM) to align with our global operations.
