No of VacanciesReports toRegional Credit Manager SBBIs a Team leader?YTeam Size2 to 5GradeManager / Sr Manager / AVPBusinessCorporate CenterDepartmentRetail CreditSub-DepartmentSBB CreditLocationAbout Wholesale CreditThe Retail Credit department in the Bank is a Credit Underwriting department for all the Retail clientele of the Bank It is also responsible for ensuring the maintece of a good portfolio quality and for ensuring smooth credit appraisal processesAbouttheRoleThe Area Credit Manager SBB Credit manages the credit activities and processes for loan applications of Small Business Banking customers under Retail Credit for the Area assigned to him/her The Area Credit Manager is responsible for smooth functioning of the Credit appraisal activities and hence managing the portfolio quality and also ensures adherence to the processes designed by the bankManage a team of 2 to 5 Credit Managers SBBEnsure smooth functioning of the Region by meeting required productivity norms within the desired Turn Around Time & Approval Ratio as defined by the BankUnderwriting/review of Credit Proposals including Review/Renewals of the proposalsby ensuring adherence to the standard process, Turn Around Time and decision consistencyEnsure the quality of proposals and credit appraisal to minimize delinquency and build portfolio of expected qualityMaintaining accurate and up to date MIS reports, Inspection & monitoring of portfolios under various sub-segmentsto ensure maintece of a healthy portfolioGather market intelligence with other ficial institutions and entities to understand the market dynamics and risk trends, and to use necessary information for taking credit decisionsManage the relationship with various functions and departments within the bank to ensure collaboration and alignment to organizational objectivesEnsure timely completion of key deliverables, audit queries and adherence to the corporate retail policy/ scheme, compliance related matters, PSL classification etcGive timely feedback to CO team of policy, RCM, ZCM, NCM & Head Credit on market developments, suggestions on improvement on Products, Policy and processes etcEnsuring vendor management consisting of panel valuers, advocates, PD agencies etcEnsuring periodic training to all stakeholders on products, policies and processes etcQualificationsGraduation/ Post- Graduation (MBA/ CA preferred) from a recognized instituteExperience of over 4 to 8 years in assessing funding of various products to MSME segment & Self Employed ProfessionalRole ProficienciesFor successful execution of the job, the candidate should possess:Knowledge of credit, relevant industry and product trendsKnowledge of regulatory guidelines and normsGood communication (both verbal and written) skill in both English and the local languageAbility to handle pressure and meet deadlines
