Job Title MD DNB Radiologist Consultant Location: On-Site, India Role Responsibilities Conduct thorough patient consultations to assess medical history and present symptoms. Interpret and analyze diagnostic imaging studies, including X-rays, MRIs, CT scans, and ultrasounds. Provide comprehensive reports detailing findings to referring physicians. Collaborate with medical and surgical teams to determine optimal treatment plans. Perform interventional radiology procedures when necessary. Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards in radiology practices. Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to the development of clinical protocols. Stay current with advancements in radiology and technology by engaging in continuous education. Guide and mentor junior radiologists and medical staff to enhance their skills. Manage patient follow-ups and provide timely feedback on imaging results. Develop and implement patient care protocols to improve service delivery. Contribute to the hospital’s research initiatives and clinical trials. Utilize digital imaging systems for record-keeping and report generation. Assist in the development of marketing strategies to promote radiology services. Maintain professional relationships with patients and ensure satisfaction with care services. Qualifications MBBS degree from a recognized medical institution. DNB Radiology qualification. Minimum of 5 years of relevant clinical experience in radiology. Strong knowledge of radiological diagnostics and imaging techniques. Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in using radiology software and digital imaging tools. Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions. Commitment to patient care and safety. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Experience in teaching or mentoring is an advantage. Willingness to participate in ongoing training and development. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. Membership in relevant professional associations is preferred. Good understanding of healthcare regulations and policies.
