About Latinum:

R2R Service Area Lead


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end Record to Report (R2R) operations within a large BPO or captive environment, driving compliance, delivery excellence, and transformation.
  • Own R2R processes: GL, Intercompany, Payroll, Fixed Assets, Close & Reporting
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP & IFRS
  • Lead teams: hiring, performance, productivity, and appraisals
  • Drive process re-engineering, transitions, and transformation initiatives
  • Manage client interactions, KPIs, audits, and governance
  • Champion automation and continuous improvement using ERP and analytics tools


Skills & Experience

  • CA with 15–20 years of experience in MNC BPO/Captive
  • Strong R2R service delivery and accounting expertise
  • Hands-on experience with SAP, Oracle, HFM, BPC, Blackline
  • Exposure to Power BI, Azure, Alteryx preferred
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
