Work with OPMG Corporate FP&A to lock, unlock, and promote reporting entities and consolidated results in HFM, as well monitor reporting status against deadlines. Review month / quarter / Year close activities for all the businesses Provide and present meaningful, concise and clear analysis, including variance analysis to senior management on financial issues and performances (actual versus budget/forecast/ prior quarters etc.) Publish and prepare different Business / Management reports including Ad-hoc reports. Some examples may include utilization or client profitability reporting. Develop, Analyze the trends of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and identify the cause of any unexpected variances Develop/Support corporate consolidation analysis and reporting including yearly operating plan for the company.
