Manager RTR

Qualified candidate will be responsible for the accurate and timely application of customer payments application and resolution of unapplied cash items according to established policies and procedures. Well known of customer collection strategies to reduce DSO.

Key responsibilities

Corporate Reporting RTR.

Financial Statements

• Oversee the preparation of iXBRL filings for tax by the Corporate Analysts and reconcile this to US submissions
• Preparation of data collection packages for US Tax filings and reconciliation of this to US submissions (and UK Financial Statements)
• Assist in the audit management, specifically for Broadcasting (UK and Ireland) - Ensuring requests are dealt with timely and appropriately

Sarbanes Oxley Compliance Project

• Support the Finance Manager in the project management of UK SOX process
• Liaising with Corporate Audit and compliance team.
• Completion of annual SOX control testing and taking a lead on new requirements to test controls
• Support the Finance Manager in managing relationship with EY SOX audit team
  Support function to the Tech team throughout the process
• You will also support more junior members of the team through training and mentoring during the process

Financial Accounting / Balance Sheet reconciliations

• Completion and ownership of a number of complex reconciliations
• Review of reconciliations prepared by analysts within the team
• Work with onshore team to ensure bad debt provision is accurate and appropriate
• Oversee corporate analysts on Intercompany process and assist in resolution of issues - reviewing intercompany agreements monthly

Governance Risk and Compliance

• Responsibility of our GRC system for SAP access controls and user access reviews (With support from corporate analysts)
• Management of user access reviews for various systems
• Ensuring segregation of duty issues are identified, reviewed and mitigated where required
  

Other responsibilities

• Assume responsibility for the US Tax compliance reporting (with support from Corporate Analysts).
• Support Finance manager with ad hoc tasks for the wider finance function

Minimum qualifications

• Relevant years of

  Corporate Reporting – RTR

  experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail, goal oriented, the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines
• Preferred history of demonstrated success in a fast paced, flexible environment with shifting demands and priorities
• Develop a positive working relationship with internal and external stakeholders
• Solid Microsoft suite skills, including excel, word and PowerPoint
• Solid Google suite knowledge, including G-sheets, Docs and Slides, Sap S/4 Hana, Onesource, OneStream, Auditboard, SAP GRC, Bank access (TBC)
