Quick Commerce Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of our quick commerce software platform.
• Coordinate with tech partners for system integrations — inventory, delivery, payment, and CRM.
• Monitor uptime, order flow, and fulfillment accuracy across multiple locations.
• Work closely with operations, marketing, and logistics teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Analyze platform performance metrics and implement process or technology improvements.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and manage vendor coordination for fixes or enhancements.
  

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in managing quick commerce, hyperlocal delivery, or similar tech-driven platforms (e.g., Swiggy Instamart, Zepto, Blinkit, Dunzo, or B2B quick supply systems).
• Strong understanding of order management, last-mile logistics, and inventory synchronization.
• Ability to work closely with developers and product teams (no coding required).
• Excellent operational coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Passion for efficiency, customer experience, and data-driven decision-making.
  

Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree

  in Business Administration, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field.
• (MBA or Postgraduate in Operations/Technology Management is a plus but not mandatory.)
• Familiarity with

  Order Management Systems (OMS)

  Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
