Quantity Surveyor

Position Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our team and take responsibility for cost management, auditing, and financial accuracy across our construction and fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in quantity auditing, cost verification, and contract management, ensuring that all project costs are accurately measured, monitored, and controlled.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cost Planning & Control: Prepare and manage cost estimates, budgets, and cash flow forecasts, ensuring alignment with project and contractual requirements.
• Quantity Auditing: Conduct detailed verification and auditing of quantities, BOQs, and cost statements, maintaining the highest standards of accuracy.
• Valuation & Billing: Prepare interim valuations, verify subcontractor claims, and certify contractor bills based on project progress.
• Tendering & Contracts: Support the preparation of tender documents, BOQs, and cost analyses, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
• Reporting & Documentation: Maintain precise cost records, prepare financial reports, and provide recommendations to management for cost control.
• Coordination: Collaborate with project managers, engineers, consultants, and clients to resolve discrepancies related to quantities and valuations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.

Experience : 2-3 years
